In relation to a request for personal information to be corrected or updated, GAWB will take reasonable steps to ensure that, having regard to the purpose for which the information is held, the information is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading.

GAWB does not charge a fee in relation to a request for access to, or correction of, personal information.

GAWB will consider your complaint and respond in writing within 45 business days. If you have not received a response within 45 business days of making the complaint, or you are dissatisfied with the response, you may lodge your complaint with the Information Commissioner.
