Are you hosting a community event in the Gladstone region? Why not hire our FREE community hydration station to keep your guests hydrated!
It simply connects to a tap water source and supplies water on tap.
The hydration station looks great, and your patrons will love having a drink or filling their water bottle for FREE instead of purchasing single use water bottles – which is also great for the environment!
For safe operations of the hydration station, you will need:
Please note, we are unable to accept applications for the hydration station with less than fourteen days’ notice and are unable to confirm bookings more than six months in advance.

For smaller events we have introduced 50 litre water coolers, available for the community to hire. Fill with ice and water to keep your patrons hydrated all day. You can also hire our marquee to provide shade.

Do you or your club want to hold an event at Lake Awoonga?
Please complete an Application to hold event at Lake Awoonga and submit it to GAWB at least three months before your planned event.
Please note if your event is a aquatic, ie on the lake, an application must also be made to Maritime Safety Queensland:
